Unlimited Energy Now, aims to identify the area you need to work on by following the instructions in each unit. The book is set out in five ‘sections’ each divided into short chapters.
The first section is about the physical body, and having suffered from adrenal fatigue in the past I was intrigued to read about stress and the impact on your adrenals. There was a single paragraph about adrenal stress followed by a list of symptoms and then a numbered list of strategies that would help. I would have liked more information, maybe a few case studies to demonstrate how the strategies work.
